Text

1. A person who violates any provision of NRS 597.814 is guilty of:

(a)For a first offense, a misdemeanor.
(b)For a second offense, a gross misdemeanor.
(c)For a third and any subsequent offense, a category E felony and shall be punished as provided in NRS 193.130 . 2. If a person is found guilty or guilty but mentally ill of, or has pleaded guilty, guilty but mentally ill or nolo contendere to, violating any provision of NRS 597.814 , his or her telephone service to which a device for automatic dialing and announcing has been connected must be suspended for a period determined by the court. 3. In addition to any other penalty, a person who violates any provision of NRS 597.814 is subject to a civil penalty of not more than $10,000 for each violation. 4. A violation of any provision of
