Text

1.The Board shall approve or disapprove all applications, and in the event an application is disapproved the Board shall promptly return to the applicant the license fee. Within 5 days after the denial of a license, the Board shall serve upon the applicant and the Governor a copy of the order denying the license, which order shall specify the reasons for the denial.
2.If it appears that the applicant is qualified by experience, education or knowledge to install equipment in a satisfactory and safe manner or is qualified by experience, education or knowledge to sell, transport or deliver the gas, and that the equipment used by the applicant complies with the minimum safety standards established by the Board, the Board shall approve the application and issue the appropriate license for the
