Text

1.No person, firm or corporation, other than the owner and those authorized by the owner so to do, shall sell, fill, refill, deliver or permit to be delivered, or use in any manner any liquefied petroleum gas container or receptacle for any gas, compound, or for any other purpose whatsoever.
2.No person, firm or corporation shall hereafter engage in this state in the business of manufacturing, fabricating, assembling, selling or installing any systems, containers, apparatuses or appliances used, or to be used, in this state for the transportation, storage, dispensation or utilization of LPG, nor shall any transporter, distributor or retailer of LPG engage in storing, dispensing or utilizing, nor shall any transporter, distributor or retailer dispense or transport over the highways of thi
