Text

The Director may cancel the registration of any brand of commercial fertilizer or agricultural mineral or refuse to register any brand of commercial fertilizer or agricultural mineral, as provided in this chapter, upon satisfactory evidence that the registrant has used fraudulent or deceptive practices in the evasion or attempted evasion of the provisions of this chapter or any rules and regulations adopted pursuant thereto, but no registration may be revoked or refused until the registrant has been given the opportunity to appear at a hearing held by the Director.
