Text

1. Each licensee shall submit to the Department on or before the end of each calendar quarter:

(a)A report that includes, without limitation, a statement of the amount of commercial feed manufactured, distributed or guaranteed, as applicable, by the licensee in this State during the preceding calendar quarter; and
(b)The quarterly fee in the amount required pursuant to subsection 2. 2. Except as otherwise provided in subsection 3, the amount of the quarterly fee that a licensee must pay is the greater of:
(a)Five dollars; or
(b)The fee established by the Department by regulation to be paid per ton of commercial feed manufactured, distributed or guaranteed, as applicable, in this State, which may not exceed 15 cents per ton. Ê If a licensee does not submit the amount required pursuant t
