Text
Each person whose name appears on a label as handling seeds subject to any of the provisions of NRS 587.015 to 587.123, inclusive, shall keep for 2 years complete records of each lot of seed handled and for 1 year a file sample of each lot of seed after final disposition of the lot. All such records and samples pertaining to the shipment or shipments involved must be available for inspection by the Director or the Director’s representative during normal business hours.
