Failure of any distributor who purchases fluid milk or fluid cream directly from producers to execute and deliver the bond as herein provided and required constitutes a violation of NRS 584.325 to 584.670, inclusive. Failure of any such distributor to post such additional bond or bonds as may be required to comply with the provisions of NRS 584.325 to 584.670, inclusive, likewise constitutes a violation of NRS 584.325 to 584.670, inclusive.
