Text
Pasteurizing plants must be equipped with a self-registering device for recording the time and temperature of pasteurizing. Such a record must be kept for at least 6 months and must be available for inspection by any health officer or person charged with the enforcement of NRS 584.125 to 584.145, inclusive.
