The State Quarantine Officer shall:

1.Enforce the provisions of NRS 583.110 to 583.210 , inclusive.
2.Make and fix grades and standards for eggs.
3.Make such rules and regulations as may be necessary for the enforcement of NRS 583.110 to 583.210 , inclusive.
