Text

1. An agent shall not act for any dealer, broker or commission merchant unless:

(a)The dealer, broker or commission merchant is licensed and has designated the agent to act in his or her behalf; and
(b)The Department has been notified in writing and has approved the appointment of the agent. 2. The dealer, broker or commission merchant is accountable and responsible for contracts made by his or her agents. 3. An agent must, before approval by the Department, file an application with the Department pursuant to subsection 3 of NRS 576.030 .
