Text
“Cattery” means a place where at least 10 cats of not less than 6 months of age are kept, harbored or maintained for:
1.Boarding;
2.Training; or
3.Breeding for sale to a retailer or dealer.
Ê For the purposes of this section, spayed or neutered cats must not be counted when determining the number of cats that are being kept, harbored or maintained.
