Text
1.Inspectors may inspect any animal about to be shipped, driven, transported or otherwise removed from the State.
2.Consignors, possessors or persons in charge of such an animal shall, upon demand, fully establish title to the animal or the legal right to so ship, transport, drive or otherwise remove the animal from the State.
