Text
The State Quarantine Officer, or the State Quarantine Officer’s representatives or agents, may inspect, test, treat, quarantine and condemn animals affected with any infectious, contagious or parasitic disease, and any such person may enter upon any ground or premises of this state to enforce the inspection, testing, treatment, quarantine and condemnation laws and all the rules, regulations and orders of the Department.
