The State Quarantine Officer may adopt rules and regulations of the Secretary of Agriculture of the United States relating to the control and suppression of disease in animals, and may cooperate with the Secretary of Agriculture and the Secretary of Agriculture’s officers in the enforcement of such rules and regulations.
