To further the purposes of NRS 567.100 to 567.170, inclusive, the Board is empowered and directed, in deciding upon the amount of the rate to be levied each year and the terms of cooperative agreements as provided for in NRS 567.130, to recognize and consider the counsel of any committees of advisers selected by any woolgrower organization which the Board considers to be representative of the State’s woolgrowing industry.
