The Board is authorized to give its consent that the Secretary of Agriculture and the Secretary’s employees shall come within the State of Nevada for the purposes connected with the exportation of diseased sheep, and for the suppression and extirpation of pleuropneumonia and other contagious and infectious diseases among sheep.
