Text
For the purpose of carrying out the provisions of this chapter each member of the Board, and the Secretary of the Board, is authorized to subpoena and examine witnesses and to administer oaths for the purpose of soliciting information to be used in enforcing the provisions of this chapter, and in the furtherance of the quarantine, sanitary and other regulations.
