Text

1. The Department may accept, for programs administered by it, any money or other contribution which is made available by:

(a)Any Act of the Congress of the United States;
(b)A county, city, public district or any political subdivision of this state; or
(c)A public or private corporation or association or by any person. 2. Any money or other contribution accepted by the Department under the provisions of this section must be deposited with the State Treasurer for credit to the appropriate fund and used for a program of the Department.
