Text
All laws or parts of laws conflicting in any way with any of the provisions of this chapter in regard to the improvements or improvement districts, or regulating or limiting the power of taxation or assessments, or otherwise interfering with the accomplishment of the purposes of this chapter according to its terms, are hereby declared nonoperative and noneffective as to this chapter as completely as if they did not exist. But all such laws and parts of laws shall not in any other way be affected by this chapter.
