Text
The outstanding indebtedness, except in cases mentioned in NRS 539.765 and 539.767 where there is an outstanding lawful bond issue, or where the district has entered into a contract with the United States pursuant to the provisions of this chapter, shall not operate as a bar to dissolution by the district court when provision is made for the payment of such indebtedness in the manner provided in this chapter, or such indebtedness is otherwise satisfied.
