Text
The full faith and credit of the State of Nevada are hereby pledged that NRS 539.595 to 539.605, inclusive, shall not be repealed while any such agreements shall remain of record in the office of the county recorder of any county in this state, nor shall the provisions of this chapter be amended or changed or modified so as to impair the efficacy of such tax until all of the bonds of any such district and the coupons attached thereto which are or may be entitled to the benefits of NRS 539.595 to 539.605, inclusive, shall have been fully paid and discharged.
