Text
Any meeting of the board of directors of any such district, held in conjunction with the board of directors of the cooperating district, in the office of such district in the adjoining state, if duly and regularly called as required by law or if regularly adjourned to, shall be as lawful and valid as if held at the office of the board of directors of such district in this state.
