Text
The secretary shall cause to be published a notice specifying the time and place of the election held pursuant to NRS 539.113. The notice must be published in a newspaper published in the county or one of the counties in which the district is located not less than 15 days nor more than 22 days before the election. If no newspaper is published in such a county, the notice must be published in a newspaper which has a general circulation in the county or counties.
