Text
The Commission may:
1.Hold hearings.
2.Receive and hear objections filed to the granting of contracts after advertisement.
3.Require the attendance of witnesses.
4.Take testimony whenever it deems it necessary to carry out the provisions of NRS 538.041 to 538.251 , inclusive.
