Text
The Attorney General is the attorney for the Commission. The Attorney General shall designate one or more deputy attorney generals to conduct actions, proceedings and hearings for the Commission. A deputy so designated shall:
1.Advise the Commission on all matters relating to the Commission.
2.Maintain an office in Clark County, Nevada.
