Text
The provisions of NRS 533.382 to 533.386, inclusive, do not apply to the conveyance of shares of stock in a ditch company which owns:
1.An application or permit to appropriate any of the public waters;
2.A certificate of appropriation;
3.An adjudicated or unadjudicated water right; or
4.An application or permit to change the place of diversion, manner of use or place of use of water.
