1. The county recorder shall include all patented mines and mining claims in the county on the county map of mining claims in a manner which clearly distinguishes the patented mines and mining claims from the unpatented claims. 2. When a record of survey filed with the county by a registered surveyor shows the location of a patented mine or mining claim, the county recorder shall conform the county map to the record of survey if there is any discrepancy between the two maps concerning the location of the mine or claim. 3. A county recorder who records a map pursuant to this section shall, within 7 working days after the county recorder records the map, provide to the county assessor at no charge:
