Text
All blind lodes, or veins or lodes not previously known to exist, discovered in a tunnel run for the development of a vein or lode, or for the discovery of mines, and within 3,000 feet from the face of such tunnel, shall be located upon the surface and held in like manner to other lode claims under the provisions of this chapter.
