Text
1.Before the Department may undertake any project using money deposited pursuant to NRS 502.294 , it must analyze the project and provide the Commission with recommendations as to the need for the project and its feasibility.
2.Money deposited pursuant to NRS 502.294 must be used for projects approved by the Commission for the protection and propagation of upland game birds and for the acquisition, development and preservation of the habitats of upland game birds in this State.
