Text

1. If a person who holds:

(a)A license, tag or permit issued by the Department to engage in any activity authorized or regulated by this title or by a regulation adopted pursuant thereto; or
(b)A certificate of number issued by the Department, Ê violates a written promise to appear pursuant to a citation that was prepared manually or electronically for a violation of a provision of this title, chapter 488 of NRS or any regulation adopted pursuant thereto, the clerk of the court shall immediately notify the Department on a form approved by the Department. 2. Upon receipt of notice from a court in this State of a failure to appear, the Department shall notify the person by certified mail that the person’s license, tag, permit or certificate of number is subject to suspension and allow the
