Text

1. Every game warden, sheriff and other peace officer of this State and its political subdivisions shall enforce the provisions of this title and seize any wildlife taken or held in possession in violation of those provisions. 2. Such an officer may:

(a)With or without a warrant, conduct a reasonable search of any camp, structure, aircraft, vessel, vehicle, box, game bag or other package where the officer has reason to believe any wildlife taken or held in violation of any of the provisions of this title is to be found, and, for the purpose of such a search, may detain any aircraft, vessel or vehicle for a reasonable time.
(b)Seize any such wildlife and any gun, ammunition, trap, snare, tackle, or other device or equipment whose presence indicates that a violation of any provision of thi
