Text
The Director shall require the personnel of the Department to report to him or her as soon as practicable any reasonable suspicion that a communicable disease may be present in wildlife in Nevada. The Director shall, as soon as possible, inform the Director of the State Department of Agriculture of any reasonable suspicion reported to him or her. Any sample collected by the personnel of the Department in evaluating such a suspicion must be forwarded to the Director of the State Department of Agriculture as soon as practicable.
