§ 5.052 — Administration of program of supervision for persons with suspended sentences or persons sentenced to residential confinement

1. If the city in which a municipal court is situated has a department of alternative sentencing, the chief of that department shall administer a program of supervision for persons whose sentences have been suspended pursuant to NRS 5.055 or who are sentenced to a term of residential confinement pursuant to NRS 5.076 . 2. If the city in which the municipal court is situated does not have a department of alternative sentencing and:

(a)The county in which the municipal court is situated has a department of alternative sentencing, the chief of the department of alternative sentencing of the county shall administer the program of supervision.
