Text

Except as otherwise provided in NRS 490.280, the Department or any other agency of this State shall not require that an off-highway vehicle dealer have his or her signature acknowledged before a notary public or any other person authorized to take acknowledgments in this State on any document the off-highway vehicle dealer is required to file with the Department or agency.
