Text

1. The Account for Off-Highway Vehicles is hereby created in the State General Fund as a revolving account. The Director of the State Department of Conservation and Natural Resources shall administer the Account. Any money remaining in the Account at the end of a fiscal year does not revert to the State General Fund, and the balance in the Account must be carried forward to the next fiscal year. 2. On or after July 1, 2017, money in the Account may only be used as follows:

(a)To pay for the operating expenses of the Commission, including, without limitation, any debts or obligations lawfully incurred by the Commission before July 1, 2017, and the administrative expenses of the Off-Highway Vehicles Program created by NRS 232.1585 , consistent with the legislatively approved budget of the S
