If a licensed dealer takes a mobile home, manufactured home, manufactured building or commercial coach or factory-built housing in trade on the purchase of another such home, building or coach and there is an outstanding security interest, the licensed dealer shall satisfy the outstanding security interest within 30 days after the manufactured home, mobile home, manufactured building, commercial coach or factory-built housing is taken in trade on the purchase of the other home, building or coach.
