Text
1. A person shall not remove a total loss salvage vehicle from this State to sell that vehicle unless the title has been forwarded to the state agency pursuant to subsection 1 of NRS 487.800 . 2. A person who violates the provisions of this section:
(a)If the value of the vehicle removed from this State is less than $650, is guilty of a misdemeanor.
(b)If the value of the vehicle removed from this State is $650 or more, is guilty of a gross misdemeanor.
