Text
Any licensed operator of a salvage pool who owns or controls any vehicle of a type required to be registered pursuant to the laws of this State may operate or move that vehicle upon the highways without subjecting the vehicle to registration if the operation or movement is for the sole purpose of moving the vehicle from its location to the established place of business of the licensee. The operator may obtain license plates from the Department for the movement of such vehicles.
