1. Any vendor of food or beverages who operates on public streets a vehicle which moves at a speed slower than the normal flow of traffic and which stops or stands on the street or adjacent to the curb so that customers may be served from the vehicle shall, upon obtaining a permit pursuant to NRS 484D.185 , mount a flashing or rotating amber warning light on the roof of that vehicle and shall display warning signs on the vehicle pursuant to subsection 3. 2.
