Text

1.It is unlawful and, unless otherwise declared in chapters 484A to 484E , inclusive, of NRS with respect to a particular offense, it is a civil infraction punishable pursuant to NRS 484A.703 to 484A.705 , inclusive, for any person to do any act forbidden or fail to perform any act required in chapters 484A to 484E , inclusive, of NRS.
2.The court may order any person who, within a 1-year period, is twice convicted of violating, or found to have committed a civil infraction punishable pursuant to NRS 484A.703 to 484A.705 , inclusive, for a violation of, a provision of chapters 484A to 484E , inclusive, of NRS to pay tuition for and attend a school for driver training which is approved by the Department for retraining such drivers.
