Text

In accordance with NRS 484A.788 and any provision of law that further specifies the order in which more than one administrative assessment, court fee or fine that is imposed upon a person must be paid, including, without limitation, NRS 176.0611 and 176.0613, if a court imposes upon a person an administrative assessment, court fee or fine for a violation of any provision of chapters 484A to 484E, inclusive, of NRS, and the court permits any such administrative assessment, court fee or fine to be paid in installments, the payments must be applied in the following order:

1.To pay the unpaid balance of an administrative assessment;
2.To pay the unpaid balance of a court fee; and
3.To pay the unpaid balance of a fine.
