1. Except as otherwise provided in subsection 2, and subject to the limitation imposed by NRS 484A.782 , a grace period of not less than 30 calendar days must be provided to a person who has failed to appear in court or failed to pay any administrative assessment, fine or court fee imposed upon the person for a violation of any provision of chapters 484A to 484E , inclusive, of NRS before a warrant can be issued for such a failure to appear or failure to pay. 2. The provisions of subsection 1 do not apply if:
