Text

1. If a person is convicted of an offense listed in 49 C.F.R. § 383.51 involving the operation of a motor vehicle, other than an offense described in 49 C.F.R. §§ 383.51(b)(9) or 383.51(b)(10), or the person refuses to submit to a test required by NRS 484C.150 or 484C.160 , the person is disqualified from operating a commercial motor vehicle for the period set forth in 49 C.F.R. § 383.51. 2. If a person is convicted of any of the following offenses involving the operation of a motor vehicle, the person is disqualified from operating a commercial motor vehicle for life without the possibility of reinstatement:

(a)Using a motor vehicle in the commission of a felony involving manufacturing, distributing or dispensing a controlled substance; or
(b)Using a commercial motor vehicle in the comm
