Text

Any person who, in accordance with regulations adopted by the Department pursuant to NRS 483.908, is disqualified from driving a commercial motor vehicle based on an alcohol concentration level that:

1.Does not otherwise constitute grounds for disqualifying the person from driving a noncommercial motor vehicle pursuant to the provisions of NRS 484C.210 , may apply to the Department for a noncommercial driver’s license pursuant to the provisions of NRS 483.010 to 483.630 , inclusive.
2.Also constitutes grounds for disqualifying the person from driving a noncommercial motor vehicle pursuant to the provisions of NRS 484C.210 may, upon the expiration of the period of disqualification specified in that section, apply to the Department for a noncommercial driver’s license pursuant to the provi
