Text

A person who is a resident of a foreign jurisdiction which the Federal Highway Administrator has determined does not test drivers and issue commercial drivers’ licenses in accordance with federal standards and who wishes to be issued a limited-term commercial driver’s license or limited-term commercial learner’s permit by this State must:

1.Apply to the Department for a limited-term commercial driver’s license or limited-term commercial learner’s permit; and
2.Comply with all other requirements contained in the regulations adopted by the Department pursuant to NRS 483.908 .
