Text
A person who holds a commercial driver’s license issued in another jurisdiction who wishes to transfer that license to this State must, within 30 days after becoming a resident of this State:
1.Apply to the Department for a commercial driver’s license; and
2.Comply with all other requirements contained in the regulations adopted by the Department pursuant to NRS 483.908 .
