Text

1.Within 10 days after issuing, transferring, renewing or upgrading any commercial driver’s license, the Department shall so notify the Commercial Driver’s License Information System and provide it with such information as it may require regarding the person who holds that license.
2.Within 10 days after the disqualification for 60 days or more of a person who holds a commercial driver’s license, or after the suspension, revocation or cancellation of that license, the Department shall update its records to reflect that action and shall provide notification of that disqualification, suspension, revocation or cancellation to the Commercial Driver’s License Information System and, if the license was issued by another jurisdiction, to the licensing authority of the jurisdiction which issued
