Text
No person shall authorize or knowingly permit a motor vehicle owned by the person or under his or her control to be driven upon any highway by any person who is not authorized under NRS 483.010 to 483.630, inclusive, or in violation of any of the provisions of NRS 483.010 to 483.630, inclusive. It is a misdemeanor for a person to violate this section.
