Text

The Department may not restore a driver’s license, permit or privilege of driving a motor vehicle in this State which has been revoked unless the person who is seeking the license, permit or privilege submits proof of financial responsibility as provided in NRS 485.307. The person shall maintain proof of financial responsibility for 3 years after the date of reinstatement of the license, permit or privilege. If the person fails to do so, the Department shall suspend his or her license, permit or privilege.
