Text

The Department upon suspending or revoking a license shall require that the license be surrendered to and be retained by the Department. At the end of the period of suspension or revocation an appropriate replacement license must be issued to the licensee, upon satisfactory completion of the requirements for reinstatement established by regulations of the Department adopted pursuant to NRS 483.495.
